When the Trailriders ride into downtown Houston they mark the official start of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. They come from all over Texas on horseback or in covered wagons, some travelling for weeks, to commemorate the first cattle drives into Houston for the rodeo. This image has been exhibited in Barcelona at the Julia Margaret Cameron Awards as well as in the London Photo Show.
